Our NHS prescription service includes

How it Works
1. Register
Use our online form to register. You will receive an email confirmation.
2. Order
Order your medicines in the usual way from your GP. (It can take up to 48 hrs for approval).
3. Processing
Your prescription is sent to us electronically (your medicines are dispensed and checked by professionals).
4. Collection/ Delivery
Collect your prescription from the pharmacy or have it delivered. Please let us know at registration.
We deliver to the following areas: Appley Bridge, Parbold, Shevington, Shevington Moor, Standish, Roby Mill, Wrightington and other nearby surrounding areas.

Frequently Asked Questions
What happens once I register?
You will get a confirmation email to say the process has been successful. You can then order your prescription the usual way and it will be electronically sent to us.
Do I still need to request my prescription from my GP?
Yes, you will still need to request your repeat prescriptions from your GP the usual way. When you request your prescription, your GP will need to approve it and send it through to us electronically.
Do I need to tell my existing pharmacy and GP surgery about my change in choice of Pharmacy?
No, we will make the changes for you. There is no need to inform your existing pharmacy or GP Surgery.
Can you order my prescription for me?
Only if your GP surgery will allow this. We can email your repeat request directly to the surgery. If your GP surgery doesn’t allow this, they may still make exceptions for those who would normally need assistance in managing their medication. Please call the pharmacy to discuss this option.
Can I register by telephone?
